Background 

Decluttering my folk’s garage, I came across 80 bottles of wine (6-8 bottles of the same variety) that dates back to 2009-2011.  Most likely they would have turned to vinegar. But to make sure, I got a sommelier from my apartment complex to test them and 7 made the cut.  

I now have 42 bottles of drinkable wine*.

The Game

Each week/fortnight you will receive a bottle to taste.  After you have tasted the wine you will complete an online form where you will record (1) whether you would drink again (2) notes on the wine.

Once everyone has completed the form, the sommelier’s tasting notes will be released.

Depending on location, I will either drop off the bottles or send via post.   

Participants

Anyone within the household can play.  However, only six households can be involved.  You can submit your entry as a household or as an individual participant.

*Disclaimer - while the bottles are from the same batch, there still is a chance the bottle you receive may have turned to vinegar (just unlucky).
